Since 1980, SFOHG has offered Franco-Ontarians the opportunity to discover their heritage through history and genealogy, allowing them to further appreciate the richness of their culture. SFOHG’s mandate is to assist Franco-Ontarians to discover their heritage via history and genealogy and also, to ensure appreciation for all it has to offer.
Thanks to dedicated efforts in recent years, SFOHG has turned over a new leaf and undertaken projects and initiatives which respond more effectively to the needs of our members. This website is made available to you to offer points of reference you’ll need when undertaking research, and to help keep you up-to-date on various activities and services we offer.
